Many people talk about their products as what their customers buy, but is that definition enough? I remember reading one of Brad Feld's posts (Create the Best Product) that spoke to this and it absolutely nails it in my opinion. It talks about the fact that your product is everything that has an affect on your customer and their view of you. Your customer support, your packaging, your time to delivery, anything that forms their opinion of you is your product. Check it out; you will be glad you did.
